Retreat Payment and Refunds Policy
RESERVATION INFORMATION: Retreat participants are requested to make a minimum deposit of US $200 per person upon booking accommodations.
Payments may be made by wire transfer into US Dollar, Euro, Swiss Franc or Thai Baht accounts. For security reasons, we are not providing bank details on our website. Click here firstname.lastname@example.org for details on making a wire transfer. In your email, please be sure to let us know which account you wish to use for depositing your funds.
Payments may also be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal. (Note: Tao Garden does not assess an additional charge for using a credit card, or for using PayPal.)
Please provide contact information so we may notify you when funds have been credited to your Tao Garden account.
Retreat Cancellation Policy :
Any cancellation made at least one week before a scheduled date will incur a charge of 1 night's stay. This includes deposits for all retreats (Winter & Summer). Once a Retreat or course has started no refund will be given.
Darkness Retreat Cancellation Policy :
No refund on Darkness Retreats unless students replace themselves.
