Disc 1 - Upper-body Morning Practice

This DVD focus on the movement of all the upper parts of body, which includes the neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, chest, spinal cord, hip bone, sacrum bone and coccyx. In our daily life is very important keep moving all the joints in order to keep them soft and flexible. Stretching uscles and tendons keep the meridians open for a better flow of Qi in the body.

Disc 2 - Lower-body Morning Practices

This DVD focus on the movement of all the lower parts of body, which includes the hip bone, knees joint, ankle joint and toes. In our daily life it is very important to keep moving all the joints in order to maintain them soft and flexible. Stretching the muscles and tendons open the eridians for a better flow of Qi in the body. All this practices will give you strength, flexibility and resistance in the legs and healthy life and especially for practitioners of Tai Chi.
