Imagine your bloodstream and the inside of your body as a landscape or terrain. However, it is easy and common for body tissues to become too acid. This imbalance sets the stage for chaos. To say that health is a body terrain in acid/alkaline balance is to assume that it's also getting the raw materials (nutrients) it needs for maintenance and repair. In science, the acid/alkaline relationship is known as "pH". This pH balance in the body has a profound effect on the ecology of your terrain. Ecology is the relationship between organisms and their environment. In this case, the environment is your inner terrain, and the organisms are tiny (microscopic) forms of life. Some of these forms, such as those living in our digestive tract, are indispensable to life.

Gunther Enderlein (1872-1968): Most of our giants also adhered to the principle of pleomorphism (pleo = many;morph = form). "Manyformish" is the idea that microorganisms (tiny beings"), such as a specific bacterium, can take on multiple forms. This is a change of function as well as shape. It is more significant than it sounds at first, because it crosses certain barriers used to classify different species. A species is defined as a class unto itself-fixed in its behavior, appearance, internal structure, etc. In pleomorphism, however, a so called species may be just a stage in the growth cycle of a family of beings. Each member functions differently and looks a lot different from the others. During his 60 years of research, Enderlein verified a number of important and remarkable discoveries (1) one discovery pertains to a basic law of orthodox biology. This law states that the cell is the smallest unit of life. A cell is a capsule of activity in the body, having an outer shell or wall, and having a specific function-there are skin cells, brain cells, blood cells, etc. There are about 75 trillion of them in the human body. Within a cell's wall, all the chemicals and components acting together make up life. Nothing within the cell is said to be alive of itself. But, inspired by Bechamp's pioneering work Enderlein also found evidence for a tiny biologio unit of life, which he called a "protit," living with cells. (2) He also found that the blood is not sterile. It naturally contains tiny life forms capable of provoking disease symptoms if conditions are favorable. This flies in the face of orthodox conviction. (3) He discovered that certain microorganisms undergo a exact, scientifically verifiable cycle of change in the form. He used the term pleomorphism to define the growth cycle, and believed it to be a fundamental aspect of all illness. As profound as the change of caterpillar to a butterfly, this evolution is even more fantastic, since it can happen quit rapidly (some times in a matter of minutes!).

Germs are symptoms. Germs stimulate the occurrence of more symptoms as a result of thriving in an unbalanced terrain. "Terrain," a term brought to the fore by Bernard, is the internal environment of the body. A healthy cell of diseased terrain is determined primarily be four things: its acid/alkaline balance (pH); its electric/magnetic charge negative or positive); its level of poisoning (toxicity); and its nutritional status. One critical symptom of diseased terrain is low oxygen. Another is a stoppage of movement in the colloidal body fluids between cells. Still another is loss of electrical charge on the surface of red blood cells.

Degeneration and regeneration originate from the same basic anatomatical element-which I call the microzyma," the term coined by Antoine Bechamp. There is a healthy and unhealthy form and function of every cell; Bacteria, yeast, fungus and mold are more evolutions of healthy cells, caused by a dist balance in the central electromagnetic balance of the cell ;e.g., red and /or white blood cell brain cells, liver cells, pancreas cells, lung cell etc. become the bacteria, bacteria become to yeast and/or fungus, and yeast and/or fung become the mold; I call one stage of morbid evolution Progenit crytococcu or "ping-pong ball." Under phase-contrast microscope it appears in the blood similar to white ping-pong balls, often surrounded by a dark haze of bacteria and other forms; The morbid evolution of any cell has four stages, which I call the "Cycle of Imbalance. Cellular disturbance can be caused by physical emotional, and/or spiritual stress; Bacteria, yeast, fungus and mold produce acids when they ferment glucose, proteins, and fats; Acids are the poison an the expression of all sickness and disease; Red blood cells (non-nucleated) have the ability to de-evolve into blastema cells (nucleated embryonic cells) and become (differentiate into) any cell needed by the body for regeneration; e.g., red blood cells can become bone cells, muscle cells, skin cells, brain cells, liver cells, heart cells, etc. The de-evolution (dedifferentiation) and evolution cycles (differentiation) of red blood cells are triggered by electromagnetic negative charge; Optimum health can be achieved through a natural, holistic approach, which I refer to as the "Cycle of Balance. The concept of specific, unchanging types of bacteria causing specific diseases became officially accepted as foundation of Western medicine and microbiology in late 19th century Europe. Also called monomorphism (one-formism), it was adopted by America's medical/industrial complex, which began to take shape near the turn of the century where the legal system was used to destroy the competing homeopathic medical profession. Controlled by pharmaceutical companies, the complex has become a trillion-dollar-a-year business. It also includes many insurance companies, the FDA, the National Institutes of Health, the Center for Disease Control (CDC), hospitals, and university research facilities.
Among other things, Pasteur is credited with improving and successfully using the technique of vaccination, which was blindly begun in 1796 by Edward Jenner. Jenner took pus from the running sores of sick cows and injected it into the blood of his "patients." Thus was born a vile practice whose nature has changed little to this day, and whose understanding is still clouded by Pasteur's theory.

The microbian doctrine also gave rise to the development of antibiotics, the first being penicillin in 1940. An antibiotic is the poisonous waste from one germ used in the attempt to kill another. Penicillin is the poison from a fungus. As a result of this development, most bacterial infections have apparently been "treatable" over the past 50 years. However, there seems to have been a price to pay for this convenient, and unscientific approach. And it is interesting to keep in mind that these tiny life forms, as well as the ones that are the main subject of this book-yeast, fungus and/or molds-are plants, not animals. Thus, we animals are essentially being taken over by vegetation. One of these is the existence in the interesting tract of necessary bacteria. There is a crucial, delicate balance between two general types, which we'll call "friendly" and "unfriendly" for convenience though it is not strictly accurate. With the substances they produce, the friendly ones help control the unfriendly ones. A major source of abuse of the friendly ones is antibiotics (exotoxins and mycotoxins, the waste products of bacteria, yeast and fungus), which reduce their numbers and allow a territorial takeover by the unfriendly group. (An antibiotic does not really kill bacteria. It simply makes them enter a different stage of their pleomorphic life cycle-like they duck out of the way. In any case, the antibiotic cannot balance the terrain condition, and in fact worsens it.) Taking enough poison to truly kill these powerhouses would kill you, because, in truth, they arise from part of your being.

Not only are they aggressive and stubborn, but pleomorphic morbid forms display another characteristic of higher life forms: a strong interest in self-preservation. This manifests in two aspects also common to higher forms: the reproductive drive and the power drive. The reproductive drive is like that of any other being: a process which results in new members of the form. The power drive is a very interesting ability of many of the forms to collect into groups, or colonize, thereby gaining strength in numbers. A group can consist of different forms which retain their individuality, or become a new organism. Using special microscope methods (dark-field and phase-contrast), I have viewed these evolving forms at the cellular level. This procedure is called a "live blood research," or "live blood analysis," which means I'm looking at a drop of venous (from a vein) blood the way it came from the subject. For days at a time, I have watched these organisms become enlarged and symptogenic. As the terrain deterio rates, red and white blood cells evolve into bacteria and then into yeast, fungus, and finally mold, or what I call upper development forms. I agree with Bechamp that infectious symptoms do not arise solely, or even primarily, from external bacterial attacks, as Pasteur promoted.
Antoine Bechamp (1816)-1908): Master of Pharmacy, Doctor of Science, Doctor of Medicine, Professor of Medical Chemistry and Pharmacy, Fellow and Professor of Physics and Toxicology, professor of Biological Chemistry, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine. Also, he clearly described the process of fermentation for what it is: a process of digestion by microscopic beings. He was the first to assert that the blood is not a liquid, but a flowing tissue. Thirty years prior to the rise of monomorphism, Bechamp brought his attention to tiny "molecular granulations" found in body cells, which other observers had noted before him. They had I scantily defined, and no one had identified their tus of function. After 10 years of careful experitation, Bechamp brought to the world in 1866 profound revelation that the granules were living ferments. He renamed them microzymas, mean small ferments." The essence of this theory is that microzyma, an independently living element, ex within all living things, and is both the builder a recycler of organisms. It inhabits cells, the flue between cells, the blood and the lymph. In a state of health, the microzymas act hamoniously and fermentation occurs normally. But in the condition of disease, microzym become disturbed and change their form and function. They evolve into microscopic forms (germs) they reflect the disease and produce the symptoms, becoming what Bechamp called "morbidly evolved" microzyma. Again, this occurs due to modification of our terrain by an inverted way of eating and living. Bechamp observed granules linking together and "lengthening into bacteria." However, as noted, their function twofold, and they are poised to recycle the physical body upon death. I describe the microzyma as matter which cannot be created or destroyed and is the precursor to all living organized matter. Now we can answer the question: "What comes first, the chicken or the egg?" The answer is neither: it is the microzyma simply as : "from dust you shall return" (Genesis 3:19). The microzyma is ferment: a living element capable of fermenting sugar. This is a digestive (chemical) process carried on by enzymes (from a Greek word meaning "to ferment"), the directors of chemical reactions. Alcohol is one such product, so there are alcoholic fermentations. There are also lactic fermentations, resulting in the production of lactic acid . This kind of fermentation happens in muscle, creating the fatigue and pain we're all familiar with. Bechamp saw the life process as a continual cellular break-down by microzymian fermentation-even in a healthy body. Of course, renewal is happening as well, which is also being done by the microzymas, as we'll see. Where illness is concerned, my position is that in an unbalances terrain, fermentative break-down is not only accelerated, but is taken over by morbid evolutions, including bacteria, yeast, fungus and mold. These are the upper development forms of the microzyma, which feed on vital body substances. This results in degenerative disease symptoms. Not only fermentation, but nearly all chemical reactions in the body are done, or controlled, by enzymes. Enzymes are catalysts-substances that assist chemical processes. They are complex proteins and perhaps the most amazing body substances. They quickly accomplish complex reactions at body temperature that would take days in a lab with very special equipment, or would be impossible altogether. The tricky thing about this, and one reason for the various terms, is the many forms that one organism can assume, and the rapidity with which it can accomplish this. Furthermore, it may be in several stages at once. To complicate matters even more, there's the possibility that progressive change in human chemistry, especially from our meddling with it, is calling forth forms not previously seen. Even genetic backgrounds by cause variations in something which is so adaptive to conditions. The toxic output of yeast, fungus and mold as a primary disruptive influence in the body. But it is important to remember, it is not the microforms themselves which initiate disease. They only show up because of a compromised terrain. A good analogy is the quotation from Rudolph Virchow: "…mosquitoes seek the stagnant water, but do not cause the pool to become stagnant.

Pleomorphism is observable if only medical science will take the trouble to look. Once this cycle of development has begun, it further compromises the terrain, creating a vicious circle of imbalance. Humans rely on certain microorganisms for life, as does every higher organism on Earth. They reside primarily in our digestive tract. This is an incontestable fact. It isn't much of a stretch to imagine that other forms could take over if the habitat changes. The crucial thing to understand is that invasion is not necessary for this to happen. They can evolve right out of any cell. To understand the principles of pleomorphism and terrain is to understand why we are sick and tired. Once we understand WHY we are sick and tired, we can start making the necessary changes in our lifestyle to bring our bodies back into balance. This state of balance is what I call Inner Light. Let me share with you again, that by viewing living blood under a dark-field, phase-contrast microscope, I have seen the pleomorphic forms Bechamp, Enderlein and others have described. This type of live-cell analysis is also used in marine biology for observing tiny sea life with fragile outer skins. The high-powered microscope can magnify objects up to 28,000 times, enabling one to clearly view bacterial and fungal forms in exact detail in the blood.

The blood specimen is lit by a special apparatus in the microscope (called a phase-contrast condenser). Objects under the lens show up against a black and/or gray background. This provides superior quality images. One can see red and white blood cells; crystallized extoxins, mycotoxins, cholesterol, metals; blood clots; signs of oxygen deprivation; undigested fats; bacteria, yeast, mold, and many other things-all in ONE drop of live blood!

The growth of bacteria and fungus in a drop of fresh blood is one of the most dramatic things I've seen in my carrier. Watching live blood on a slide, or on a video, one can actually see bacteria, yeast, fungus and mold feeding and growing as the blood loses its nutrition and oxygen. Most amazing is to see these forms coming right out o previously healthy red and white blood cells! To me, this says they were born there. Again, they live off your body's vital nutrients: glucose (blood sugar), protein (including our genetic proteins), fats, hemoglobin (oxygen carrier in blood cells), in the presence of oxygen. (By the way, if the blood disorganizes on the slide in a few hours, the subject is very sick. If the blood remains normal on the side for several days, the subject is healthy. The American medical establishment does not look at live blood. It is more than reasonable to ask why not (so ask a doctor if you see one). They focus primarily on chemical analysis to make their diagonosis, and in doing so, are missing the show. Also, when looking at blood, their practice of "staining" samples disorganizes them. In fact, biological forms and elements have been defined by the artificial convention of staining, thus throwing that bias on the whole subject. This approach is an ingrained habit religiously taught in medical schools and practiced in research. But it is narrow and restricted, virtually blinding those who rely on it. The action of the chemical stain visually enhances certain things, such as the cell wall and nucleus. But this is at the cost of disturbing and disorganizing all the living, moving, feeding microforms-they become invisible or unidentifiable. Yeast and fungus (Y/F) are single-celled forms of plant life. Inhabiting land, air and water, they are everywhere. Mold, which is closely related to them, is the end-stage of all pleomorphic cycles in the body. Single fungal cells can be seen only under a microscope, but a colony of them make a visible presence in the form of mushrooms, toadstools, and the some times fuzzy molds we've all seen growing on things. But once the host organism dies, these micro forms are the principal "undertakers" which reduce the higher life form into basic materials. In biology, this is known as the carbon cycle, and it is a natural, necessary life process. Actually, we arrest this process in a most unnatural way-by trying to preserve the dead body with the poisonous chemical formaldehyde-a mycotoxin. Ultimately, we may have to grow out of this unhealthy, ill-advised attachment to mortal remains, because we will simply run out of room, and because we are loading the Earth with highly toxic time bombs. There is an unfortunate exception to the simple balanced equation of life and death: as we've said, Y/F can start their takeover while we're still living. Why? Because the microzymas are getting the chemical signal is this an acid terrain. The body naturally goes acid when it dies or when the cells begin to disorganize. And without respiration, oxygen is lost, of course. Recall that one of the symptoms of terrain imbalance is lack of oxygen. As noted, these morbidly evolved organisms thrive without oxygen, i.e., they are anaerobic. I've also noted that we predispose ourselves to this takeover with various stresses. The main ones are (chronic) improper diet and/or other chronic toxicity. (Remember that emotional upheaval and unloving thoughts, anger, etc., have a strongly acidifying effect in the tissues also. These morbidly organisms are literally eating us alive. The thing is, we pollute ourselves first, the one physiological disease: pH imbtoxicity in our terrain. Toxins and an acid-food diet disrupt body chemistry, and this loss of b (i.e., dis-ease) in turn disturbs the central balance of the microzyma. Nutritional deficiencies can had same effect, but can also be created by acidific. As emphasized, the primary diet of Y/F in our bodies is glucose for energy, plus fats and protein (even genetic matter, nucleic acids) for development growth. As these organisms feed, they produce was just like you do. Their "urine and feces" are called my toxins (myco = fungus; toxin = poison), and they are very poisonous to humans. This poisoning of the body mycotoxins is called mycotoxicosis. Being ac themselves, mycotoxins greatly worsen the acid caused by diet. They are released into the blood as w as inside cells. The blood poisoning results in more cell and tissue poisoning, and all of this further disturbs th microzymas, making us sick and tired. One very common mycotoxin that is particularly troublesome is acetaldehyde. It is quite detrimental itself, yet also breaks down to other products (called metabolites) including oxalic acid, lactic acid, uric acid, and alcohol. All are disruptive waste products of Y/F and are found in the blood and tissues of a compromised terrain. Compounding the situation is the fact that the presence of accatdehyde and other mycotoxins causes the liver to increase low density lipoprotein (LDL or so-called "bad" cholesterol) in the blood. This high-cholesterol complex is used to bind with toxins, thereby deactivating them. The binding process is often referred to as chelation. However, the resulting substance also has the tendency to become oxidized and stick to lesions (toxic damage) in the artery walls, producing atherosclerosis. Acetaldehyde can reduce strength and stamina, cause excessive fatigue, cloud thinking and take away ambition. One mechanism for these problems is that it directly destroys neurotransmitters, which are chemicals responsible for completing all nerve impulses. Needless to say, this is not a desirable situation! Another mechanism is that it can bind to the walls of red blood cells, making them less flexible and therefore less able to get into and through the capillaries of the circulatory system. This causes oxygen deprivation in the tissues. Added difficulty is that the liver converts aceta hyde to the mycotoxin alcohol.
DNA (genetic material) may also be damage when excess acetaldehyde reacts with it, creating the following symptom pictures: pancreatitis (inflamed pancreas), cardiomyopathy (enlarged, weakend heart), dilated cardiomyopathy (heart muscle discord with an enlarged chamber), brain atrophy dement (wasting away of brain with loss of reasoning), atrophied brain with large ventricles (interior fluid spaces), jaundice, spider angina (broken surface blood vessels), enlarged spleen, stomach ulcers, esophagea varicosity (enlarged blood vessels in the esophagus) ascites (fluid in abdomen), cirrhosis, enlarged spleen tremor, bleeding tendency, easy bruising, ankle edema and reddening of the palms, just to name a few. Another example of the damaging effects of the waste products of Y/F is the mycotoxin cyclosporin. This toxin suppresses the immune system so greatly that it's used to prevent the rejection of transplanted organs. The irony is that people rarely get it directly from the fungus, but are dosed with it by doctors doing transplants. Granted, the transplant may be necessary at the time it's done, but the important question is what series of events created the crisis. Cyclosporin has been shown to cause cancer and atherosclerosis (complete with high blood fats as noted above) in all humans who have been long-term survivors of transplants. Other mycotoxins, such as uric acid and oxalic acid, provoke symptoms ranging from gout to kidney stones. Since cancer is primarily a systemic condition that localizes, not a local disease that spreads, it shows up in the body's weakest link(s) as dead zones, because they carry a declining electromagnetic charge. I have discovered that all healthy cells carry an electromagnetic negative charge. On the other hand, all fermentative cells and their acids carry an electromagnetic positive charge. These rotting cells and their acids act like a glue (the healthy, negatively charged cells are attracted to the positively charged, unhealthy or fermenting cells and their acids-opposites attract), which causes healthy cells to attract and stick together. This leads to oxygen deprivation and the disturbance and disorganization of more healthy cells. Simply put, healthy cells begin to rot! After all these years of research, the medical profession still has no answer as to why. Let me help you understand cancer and AIDS in a new light. It is my conclusion, based on years of research and study, that cancer and AIDS are nothing more or less than a cellular disturbance of the electromagnetic balance, disorganization of the cellular microzymas, their morbid evolution to bacteria, Y/F and mold, and their ensuing production of extoxins and mycooxins. Cancer, therefore, is a four-letter word-acid, especially lactic acid, a waste product of Y/F. Leave some cream cheese out on a plate for a day and you'll begin to see a green mold forming on the corners. You can cut the mold off, but the next day you will find more, perhaps green spots. The cream cheese is spoiling-dying, if you will The mold is living off the cheese, and at some point, only mold will be left. I believe a similar thing happens in cancer and AIDS. The amount of uric acid and acetaldehyde produced by Y/F can be overhelming to the body. When acetaldehyde is converted into alcohol in the liver, the body is depleted of magnesium, sulfur, hydrogen and potassium, thus reducing cell energy. As mentioned, the body chelates uric acid and other toxins with fats, raising LDL cholesterol. In a similar balancing act, the body reacts chemically to neutralize uric acid by binding it with minerals such as potassium, magnesium, sodium, zinc, and calcium. This process further reducemineral supplies (because the body cannot make them) and can create deficiencies. Fungal hampering of red blood cells also reduces oxygenation (in red cells, internal evolution happens easily, resulting in parasitized cells). The less oxygen there is in the body, the more alcohol is produced, which can give the symptoms of being drunk, disoriented, dizzy, or mentally confused. Acetaldehyde further reduces cell energy by destroying essential enzymes. The immune system is provoked into trying to neutralize it and to retard the Y/F by releasing large amounts of free radicals (or what I call microzymian oxidative buffering specie or MOBS). If body pollution is constantly generated, then immune response, our amazing house-cleaning process, eventually becomes overloaded and exhausted. Thus, all immunological problems and infectious conditions are caused or worsened by the presence of mycotoxins. As with allergy, disrupted digestion plays a major role in fatigue. If you cannot digest and assimilate food, the tissues will eventually starve, making you fell sick and tired. Acetaldehyde and other mycotoxins reduce the absorption of protein and minerals, which decreases the ability to produce enzymes and hormones. To make matters worse, the Y/F overgrowth is swapping its wastes for your hormones, blood sugar and other nutrients. Consequently, you are always hungry and/or have rapid drops in blood sugar (glucose) levels. Such disruption interferes with cell replacement and with substances necessary for energy production. The result is fatigue, poor endurance, and weakness. Thus, Y/F are the major players in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, not the so called Epstein-Barr "non-virus." This syndrome may also involve damage to nerve tissue by Y/F, and/or interference with nerve transmission by toxic breakdown of neurotransmitters by acetaldehyde. When coenzyme A decreases, conditions like depression, anxiety, and PMS symptoms are often worsened, without apparent cause. The mycotoxin acetadehyde is continually produced by Y/F and converted by the liver to alcohol. Some people who appear to have been drinking are actually showing athe effects of Y/F and it alcohol by-product. Common symptoms are in many cases simply the result of being poisoned: paranoia, not being in total control of one's actions, knowing the right thing to do but being unable to do it, mental incompetence, and a variety of other behavioral disturbances (emotional and psychological). Other possible symptoms are panic attacks, feelings of anxiety, depression, irritability, and headaches. Hypochondriac-type reactions causing neurotic behavior and emotional instability are also possible.

Additional neurological fallout from Y/F includes ailments such as mood swings, headaches, migraines, that fogged-in-feeling, inability to concentrate, poor memory, confusion, dizziness, and even MS-like symptoms such as slurred speech and muscular incoordination.

Weight problems can be the result of Y/F interference with the digestion of food. Wasting involves protein interference. The mechanical an chemical absorption of everything you eat can be reduced by as much as 50 percent. Obviously, this causes many people to become excessively thin. Without protein and complementary nutrients, your body cannot rebuild tissues, especially muscle. Nor can it produce enzymes, hormones, or hundreds of other chemical components necessary for cell energy and organ activity. Iron and other minerals, along with B-complex vitamins, are used up rapidly by these microorganisms. Fatigue, illness, and body weight changes are the result. Extreme thinness is also caused by amoeba-type parasites, because they destroy the small intestinal wall. These organisms are like flies-they show up where the garbage is. They differ from bacteria, Y/F and mold in that they can literally take a bite out of you, break down the structure of the intestinal wall you, break down the structure of the intestinal wall and stop the assimilation of nutrients. If reduced absorption continues for a long enough period of time., a degree of starvation sets in. Lean body mass is lost and all bodily processes are wakened. There are those who believe that parasites are the root of all evil in ill health. This view is questionable at best, and parasites are being blamed for someone else's dirty work. There is no doubt they cause difficult, but they are secondary to Y/F in terrain imbalance. As just stated, they appear where the garbage is, but they are not indigenous to the being as are Y/F, and are therefore not as fundamental an issue. Clean the bowel, nourish the body, balance terrain pH and devolve Y/F -there will simply be no place for worms, flukes or other parasites to live. Overweight conditions are also created by excessive nutritional deficiencies, but mostly by the mycotoxic condition of the blood supply directly poisoned by leaks in the lower bowel goes to the liver. The liver is the primary organ for detoxifying the body, but it also controls fat and sugar metabolism. Constant mycotoxic stress weakens this organ so it can no longer control fat and sugar metabolism efficiently Another cause of added weight is production in the liver of large amounts of LDL cholesterol to bind toxins. Resulting complexes will usually be deposited in tissues when elimination is impaired. As far as algae are concerned, and specifically Klamath Lake blue-green algae, even though these low forms of plant life are high in chlorophyll, protein, minerals and other nutrients, they are a negative because they thrive in acid conditions and make up the scum you see growing on the surface of stagnant ponds and lakes. Nutritionally, a day's dose of algae differs little form a serving of organic broccoli. Algae supplements do contain vitamin B-12, I'd rather take care of them and not get my B-12 from bird droppings.

The fact that algae appear and grow freely in a stagnant and acid terrain gives rise to concerns of mycotoxicity. Toxins in algae have been shown to harm the liver and nervous system. One of the toxins seems to spur tumor growth in animals. The broccoli is looking better all the time. The blue-green algae found in Klamath Lake is Aphanizomenon flos-awuae. According to an FDA report, "Aphanizomenon flos-aquae has been known to produce a toxin that is a powerful neuromu blocking agent. In laboratory studies, it has cause animals to stop breathing. The algae produces during its most active growth state, which is also it is likely to be harvested. In my own research have yet to see healthy blood in a person using green algae liquid or capsules. This is not the case those drinking wheat grass juice or taking cool, herbal, or vitamin/mineral supplements.

Peanuts contain 26 different carcinogenic fungi! As well, broken and ground nuts of any kind must be avoided because they are ready targets for airborne spores and quickly become rancid. About 35 years ago there occurred in Africa clusters of patients with an unusual type of liver cancer, and the numbers were very large. Investigation revealed a relationship to the consumption of peanuts and showed that peanuts contain the fungus Aspergillus flavus and its mycotoxin, aflatoxin. Research has also shown that aflatoxin can produce liver cancer. Like peanuts, corn is poisonous and carcinogenic, containing 25 mycotoxin-producting fung! (See Table 2 in Appendix F.) In our opinion, there is no specimen of corn in the world that is free of mycotoxins. Don't say it too loud, though, because corn is grown all over the world, and growers are major players in financial circles. Researchers have reported the positive correlation of corn (and wheat flour) consumption and death from cancer of the esophagus. Corn has also been positively associated with gastric cancer. Many gardeners know of a chemical-free" pesticide they can use on the universal wood bug. When the bug responds to an invitation for a dinner of freshly ground corn, it dies! One word of caution to the gardeners-keep the corn off your soil. Better yet, find another way! Antimycotoxic. Vegetables and grasses (organically grown preferred) are an excellent source of the alkaline salts that are anti-Y/F and antimycotoxic. Therefore, use liberal amounts of them. Vegetables and greas start out as seed, and the seed is in the ground. The ground is filled with bacteria and fungus. Generally speaking, seeds are very hard and impervious to fungal penetration Plants, however, are a different matter. When we look at the fungal analysis of foods, it is logical to conclude that foods, which emerge from a fungal colonized environment with very little or no fungus in them are anti-fungal. Two of the best sources of chlorophyll are wheat grass and barley grass. Grass-this humble plant the common thing we walk on, mow and usually taken for granted, is a doorway to health. Grasses have the power to regenerate our bodies at the molecular a cellular lever.

Vitamins and Minerals
Research indicates that wheat grass contains more than a hundred food elements-including every identified mineral and trace mineral-with more iron per volume than spinach. It also contains every vitamin in the B-complex family, has one of the highest pro-vitamin A contents of any food, and is rich in vitamins C, E, and K. Wheat grass juice averages 25% protein-a higher percentage than meat, fish, eggs, dairy products, or beans. In addition, researchers claim, young, green wheat grass has one hundred. Barley grass boasts four times the vitamin B-1 (thiamin) of whole wheat flour and thirty times more than milk. It has three times more vitamin C than spinach, and seven times more than oranges. Barley grass is one of the most incredible products of this decade.

Barley grass improves stamina, sexual energy, and clarity of thought; and it reduces addiction to unhealthy foods. It also improves skin texture and heals dryness associated with aging. If you're very healthy, living in a pollution-free, stress-free environment, and have a 40% raw, 80/20 alkaline/acid, vegetarian diet of all organically grown food, then you don't need the enzymes-but then, what planet are you on. To eradicate Y/F, the rule of thumb for the first six to eight weeks: vegetables for breakfast, vegetables for lunch, vegetables for dinner! This should include dark green and yellow vegetables and grasses. They are all anti-Y/F and anti-mycotoxic. Vegetable for breakfast are especially helpful. A partial list, in no particular order, is: broccoli, asparagus. Eggplant, green and yellow squash, green beans and peas (fresh, red and yellow peppers (also green if they agree with you), spinach, mustard greens, collards, kale, lettuce, okra, parsley, scallions, radishes, swiss chard, watercress, sea vegetables such as nori wakame and niziki, wheat grass, barley grass, turnips, and sprouted grains or beans. Also, eat lots of garlic and onion, if they agree with you. While they are available in health food stores and even supermarkets, the best way to get them is to sprout your mum living energy. Sprouts can be grown in your kitchen in any season, providing you with fresh organic produce when no other garden is available. Seeds for sprouting can be stored for long periods of time, and magically have the potential to produce many times their weight in fresh produce, full of vitamins, minerals, and proteins. They are easy to grow-some in as little as two days. They can be eaten alone, raw, stir fried (occasionally), in salads, in sandwiches, as a snack, or sprinkled over soup. Everyone should store organic sprouting seeds and use sprouts in their daily diet. Buckwheat and spelt are the best grains because they are not mucoid-forming and carry an alkaline residue. Buckwheat groats (strictly a seed but used like a grain) are high in protein and thus digest slowly, keeping blood sugar balanced. (Cook one cup buckwheat groats in two cups of water. Bring to a boil in a covered pan, turn off heat if using an electric burner, or turn to minimum; will be cooked in 20 minutes. Buckwheat groats can also be sprouted, providing a crunchy addition to salads. Spelt contains more proteins are so good that it can meet all daily requirements (though it is not recommended to use any single food with such frequency). Mucopoly saccharidesvital complex sugars, which literally glue the body together, lubricate joints, and support immune function-are also plentiful in spelt. It is also high in B-17, which is an anti-cancer vitamin. Researcher found it induced a number of cancers in animals, you need something for taste, rather than fermented soy sauce, use Bragg Liquid Aminos or some equivalent. This products is not fermented; however, it doe have a considerable sodium content and this should be taken into consideration. You can also use Bragg with cold-pressed flax seed oil or olive oil for salad dressing and you'll be getting your essential aminos with your essential fats.

Fresh Freshwater Fish is OK
Like tofu, fish is recommended as a transition food from an animal to a vegetarian diet. But, it must be absolutely fresh. If it is not freshly caught, it's already spoiling. Secondly, fish from polluted water is better avoided. The trouble is there's no way for the consumer to determine the facts conveniently, especially with ocean fish. All life came out of the ocean, which contains every element that manifests in life on earth. All the ocean's natural ingredients are ionized, and ionization is fundamental to life. Therefore, sea vegetables and the fish that eat those sea vegetables have potential benefit. However, because of potential pollution, it is generally better to avoid ocean fish, and under no circumstances eat shellfish. Freshwater fish is great. It is anti-fungal. Fish live in blackish water, which is full of fungus, and couldn't survive if they weren't anti-fungal. However, dried fish has mycotoxins on it. It is dehydrated in the sun and exposed to air, which invites the presence of fungus. Researchers reported that dried fish was contaminated by the Aspergillus fungus, and contained large amounts of the mycotoxin aflatoxin. It should be recognized that dried fish is generally used to prepare traditional soups, and that the heat-stable mycotoxins in the fish. So-if it's fresh, not ocean fish, and from unpolluted waters, fish in moderation is great. However, remember that it has the same characteristics as all animal food-it is fiberless, acid-forming and mucoid-forming.

Water from mountain lakes and streams that come from snow packs has long been known to be the healthiest water in the world called "living water," it transmits healthy magnetic forces from our planet, galaxy and solar system to the organism. Ideal water is that which is first purified by distillation (evaporation, then condensation) in the Earth's atmosphere. The alternate heating and cooling is said to have the effect of "exercising" the molecules and imparting energy to them. Having been oxygenated naturally in the atmosphere, rainwater then receives energy and life from motion on the Earth. If we had a clean atmosphere, snowmelt water running at higher altitudes would be ideal-very pure and alive with energy. Even as it is, it is probably the best water on the planet.

Many people have the impression that distilled water without minerals dissolved in it is missing something, but this is untrue. Unless minerals are colloidal, inorganic ones dissolved in water are not very available to the body. Some health professionals believe they place an unnecessary burden or body because the amino acid (protein) bond that allow the mineral to be absorbed must be creat Minerals in plants are bound (chelated) to or substances and are the best common form, but scarce, as I've suggested. Thus, he clearly presented the idea that the physical life of higher biological forms arises from, is dependent upon, and is recycled by, microscopic beings. Simple, immediate proof of dependence is the indispensable bacterial population in the human GI tract. And it add piquancy to the whole matter to consider that our digestive and metabolic associates are plants. The crucial "catabolic" aspect of microzymian behavior enters the picture when the body becomes diseased, for, according to Bechamp. It should result therefore that tissue and cellular pathology are in real microzymian pathology. In disease, the cellules have been seen to change, be altered and destroyed, and these facts have been noted. But if the cellule were the vital unit living per se, it would know neither destruction nor death, but only change. If then the cellule can be destroyed and die, while the microzyma can only change, it is because the microzyma is really living per se, and physiologically imperishable, even in its own evolutions, for , physiologically nothing is the prey of death; on the contrary experience daily proves that everything is the prey of life, that is to say, of what can be nourished and can consume. The microzymas were too minute to diffentiate with the microscope (even for today's equipment), detail. His brilliance shows again, however. There is no sanity whatever to this practice. The best that can be said about it is that it may prevent, against the odds, the appearance of varying sets of symptoms. But this is at the price of wakening the immune system, toxifying the body, and possibly setting the stage for degenerative symptoms later in life-all the while doing absolutely nothing for, except perhaps worsening, the underlying disease condition. This is a crucial departure from germ theory. That is, without the predisposition of the microzymas-which condition is engendered purely by a faulty internal environment-the germs of air, or those of other sick bodies, will not produced in a person. In typhoid fever, in gangrene, in anthrzx, the existence has been proved of bacteria in tissue and in the blood, and one was very much disposed to take them for granted as cases of ordinary parasitism. It is evident, after what we have said, that instead of maintaining that the affection has had as its origin and cause the introduction into the organism of foreign germs with their consequent action, one should affirm that it only has to do with an alteration of the function of the microzymas, an alteration indicated by the change that has taken place in their form. It has been suggested that the most important suspect of the inner condition, or terrain, is pH balance, which in turn plays the major role in the balance and control of the microform populations. Once the terrain is acid, symptogenic microforms can evolve in the cells and tissues of the inner body. And we've made an important distinction between the disease condition and its symptoms. Also, we've seen that the most important fact about germs is their ability to change form dramatically-to adapt to the acid/alkaline environment. This form-changing is identified in specific cycles, and is called pleomorphism. The yeast and fungal forms of the pleomorphic cycle are the major disrupters, and are a primary missing link in our medical diagnostic system. These plant organisms are inherent to our being for the purpose of recycling a dead body, but when prematurely called into action , they fed on our nutrients and excrete highly poisonous waste called mycotoxins. The actions of these poisons produce, or cause the body to produce, the degenerative disease symptoms we recognize. These morbid microforms are born from within not from without and are the expression of cellular disturbing impressions which cause imbalance in the pH of the tissues and fluids of the body. Some of these disturbing impressions come from our thoughts, words and deeds; or from music we listen to, like "acid rock" and other off-beat music; from smoking; and from acid-forming foods like pork, beef, chicken, turkey, fish, eggs, dairy, bread, coffee, alcohol, chocolate, and even high sugar fruits like apples, oranges, grapes, and pineapples. I also believe further that simply cutting out a cancerous tumor, for instance, does not cure the symptomatology, because the acid pH conditions responsible for the cancer's development still exist, allowing for a recurrence of the cancer at the same or another site in the body. The pH scale we use today measures the concentration of hydrogen (H+) ions. More positively charged hydrogenions means more acidity, less hydrogenions means less acidity. The letters in "pH" stand for "Power of Hydrogen as in the logarithm power.

The 1. number is obviously a larger amount than .00000000000001. And since the pH scale measures H+ ion concertration, 10-1 through 10-6 represents acidity, with 10-1 the most acidic. The 10-14 reading tells us it has the least positive protons, so the solution is very alkaline, containing more of the OH ions. Most people know from high school chemistry that water is made of oxygen and hydrogen (two gases). One unit (molecule of water has two parts (atoms) of hydrogen (H) to one of oxygen (O), making the formula H2O. Another way of writing this is HOH. This allows us to look at the water molecule in two sections-an H and an OH. These components are held together by a chemical bond, which involves electrical energy, positive (+) and negative (-). The H part of the water is positive : H+, while the OH combination is negative :OH. Thus, the opposites attract, so to speak.

Chemically, the H+ is acid, and the OH is alkaline. Different areas of the body have different pH requirements; for example, the blood and tissues should be slightly alkaline, the lower bowel slightly acid, and the urine slightly acid to neutral Saliva pH tends t be erratic. The pH of the urine gives the best estimate of what's happening in the body's tissues, but is not necessarily accurate. Blood pH is the only truly accurate gauge of internal conditions. At the turn of the 20th century, German biologists were saying that the normal pH of the blood in veins was slightly alkaline at 7.2 to 7.3. The American medical establishment is accepting 7.4. In my opinion, that is too alkaline-too close to toxic, and indicates tissue acidification.

Bicarbonate Buffer: It works in the blood, lymph, tissue fluids, and kidneys. Bicarbonate ions are generated in the red blood cells from carbon dioxide and diffuse into the plasma (liquid part of the blood) to act as an alkaline reserve against hydrogen ions. Once these ions do their job they are released through the lungs as CO2.

Deep breathing decreases H+ ion concentration by elimination of acidic CO2, shallow breathing increases H+ ion concentration in the blood because of build-up of acidic OC2.

Phosphate/Ammonia Buffer: This works primarily with the pH of the blood in the kidneys. Phosphates work weakly in the blood and lymph. Acid blood passing through the kidneys is buffered with phosphate creating phosphoric acid, which is then excreted via the urine. In the process, sodium is exchanged for the hydrogen removed from the extra-cellular fluid and a bicarbonate ion is forced and released into the extra-cellular fluid, too. By this method the kidney reduces the degree of acidosis in the body fluids.

Protein Buffers: The most plentiful buffers of the body, glutathione, methionine, cysteine, taurine, just to name a few, are in the cells, lymph fluid and plasma. Most of the action of protein buffers occurs intra-cellularly to bind or neutralize acids during cellular disorganization.

Electrolyte Buffers: The most plentiful, which are referred to as the XCO3's, are sodium, calcium and potassium. These three minerals work in the blood, lymph, extracellular and intracellular fluids to bind acids, which are then removed through the urine. These three elements are recycled by the kidneys back into the blood and lymph by binding them to CO2.

Low Density Lipopreoteins or Fat Buffers: These work primarily as a binder of acids in the blood, lymph, and extracellular fluids, which are then excreted via the urine. If elimination is compromised, these fat-bound acids are moved away from organs that sustain life into the body cavities, hips, thighs, stomach, etc. This is the cause for obesity. The body uses fat as a protective mechanishm against excessive acids produced in response to cellular disturbing impressions and disorganization.

Hormone Buffers: Especially these are kidney hormones ADH (antidiuretic hormone), which regulates the rate at which water is lost or retained by the body, and aldosterone, which regulates the level of sodium ions (Na+) and potassium ions (K+) in the blood. These two hormones help the kidneys maintain alkalinity and reduce excess acidity, thus creating balance in the body.

Water: As babies we were 90% water; as we age it to 70% ; and approaching complete cellular disorganization (death) we are 50% water. Water helps to maintain alkalinity in the blood, lymph, and intracellular and extracellular fluids by diluting excess acidity born out of cellular metabolism and acidic lifestyles, diets and thinking. Abnormal pH conditions which result from obstruction or involvement of the respiratory system (pulmonary imbalances) are referred to as respiratory acidosis. All other pH problems created by metabolism are called metabolic acidosis. Restoring balance in respiratory acidosis is accomplished by increasing deep breathing, while metabolic imbalances require chemical buffering in the blood, lymph, and intra/extracellular fluids by superhydrating with green drinks. Dis-ease or biological imbalance is an expression excess acidity or a declining pH. That is, the pH your tissues and body fluids reflects your state of ance or imbalance, or inner cleanliness or filth. The closer the pH is to ideal, the higher is your level well-being and your ability to resist states of imbalance and the onset of symptomatologies.
What causes an acid or alkaline pH in the tissues? Healthy or toxic diet, lifestyle, and thinking are the main influences. When you eat food it ferments, just the way a banana on your kitchen counter ferments from a green to yellow to brown to black. The banana rots from the inside out, not the outside in. The rotting started with a disturbance, which took place when the banana was picked. When we eat food we further disturb the microzymas (living particles) of the food, which begins the digestive or fermenting process. What's left of the food is an ash, a chemical and metallic residue which combines with our body fluids to form either and acid or alkaline potential of pH. Certain foods are acid-forming, others alkaline-forming. Keep in mind that although fruits, such as oranges, apples, pears, bananas, pineapples, grapes contain organic bases, they are not alkaline-forming because of their high sugar content. When the sugar of these fruits is fermented during digestion it produces an acidic ash. I have discovered that eating high-sugar fruits and their acid ash will paralyze the immune system for up to five hours after ingestion. Some fruits are the exception to this general rule because of their low sugar content. They include peppers, lemons, limes, avocados, and tomatoes. These fruits are alkalizing and are good for the body.

The science of peomorphism has demonstrated that there is a healthy form and an unhealthy form of every cell. Unhealthy cells were once brain, heart, blood or liver cells, etc., that have changed their form or function, due to emotional or physical disturbing impressions, leading to cellular disorganization, which then leads to developmental morbidity (or "germs" - the progressive stages being bacteria, Y/F, and finally mold), leading to debilitating acids that compromise the delicate balance of the pH. I have observed human cells undergoing pleomorphic chances under the microscope, e.g. a red blood cell changes into a bacterium and then back into a red blood cell and then to a Y-form yeast. In other words, the contemporary theory of disease holds that, for example, a tuberculosis bacterium has only one characteristic form from start to finish. The pleomorphic advocates would argue that the tuberculosis bacterium may pass through several progressively morbid stages, then maybe back the other way again, depending on conditions in the body. The unifying thread of continuity throughout the pleomorphic concept is pH.

It is important to understand that germs do not cause disease but are the expression of physical and emotional disturbances that lead to cellular disorganization and developmental morbidity. That is, physical and emotional disturbing impressions lead to cellular disorganization, which give birth to developmental morbidity ("germs"), which give rise to debilitating acids, like uric acid, lactic acid, acetic acid and alcohol, just to name a few. These and other acid wastes give rise to a shift in the pH and are the cause of all sickness and dis-ease. Killing the virus or germ does not resolve the problem, because the germ is part of you, and to kill the germ is to accelerate the recycling process of you back into the indestructible matter or dust of microzymas from which we all came. Fortunately, these morbid micoforms can be persuaded to return to their former benign selves if the proper pH is re-instated through positive microzymain reprogramming, provided irrevocable damage has not been done to the point where recovery is uncertain. Recovery is accomplished by reversing the acidic condition of the fluids. This is done mainly by superhydrating with green drinks, eating an alkalizing green food diet, and using special colloidal supplementation to help get a foothold over the compromised terrain and provide a more rapid return to the proper balanced pH, in which healthy cells can reside. The body tries to maintain blood pH at around 7.3, much like it maintains temperature at 98.36. If wavers higher or lower (infinitely more common certain enzymatic reactions which regulate cell metabolism fail to occur, and death will result. Thus a declining pH cannot be allowed, and the block begins to pull in alkaline salts to compensate, as mentioned above. There is a family of minerals that are especially suited to neutralizing, or detoxifying strong acids: sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium. They exist as salts in our tissues and are high alkaline. One such salt is sodium carbonate, write in chemistry as NA2CO3. When these salts encounter strong acids, such as those produced by Y/F, the react with the acids to form less detrimental compounds, also called salts, which can then be eliminated. A healthy body maintains alkaline reserves reserve supply of fixed bases held in the tissues, which are used to meet emergency demands. If insufficient minerals are available from the diet or the reserves, they are "recruited" elsewhere, such as from bone (calcium) or muscle (magnesium). This can easily lead to deficiency symptoms. On the other hand, weakly t highly alkalizing foods, such as sprouted grains, fresh vegetables, grasses, and low-sugar fruits, carry an electromagnetic charge ranging from 70 MHz and up. A healthy, vibrant body, in balance, carries and electromagnetic charge of 70 MHz or higher. A sick and tired body carries and electromagnetic charge of 60 MHz or lower. Also, the death or disorganization o any cell begins at 30 MHz; e.g., the electromagnetic charge of cancer or a tumor is 30 MHz or less. It is therefore imperative that the diet include plenty of alkaline-ash foods to offset the effects of low electromagmetic, acid-forming foods and Y/F, and to leave a safe margin of alkaline reserve. In general, animal, dairy, processed, fermented and refined sugar foods are acid-forming and carry a low electromagnetic charge. Most grains are also acidifying, except for buckwheat and spelt. In the process of sprouting, seeds and grains become alkaline, or more alkaline. All vegetable juices are highly alkaline. The most alkaline juices are those of green vegetables and vegetable tops (e.g., beet greens) Also, vegetable broths, especially cucumber, onion and garlic, are extremely alkalizing. When we receive and fail to process out disturbing impressions, our energy field is nergatively disturbed, and the microzyma chanes its form and function from an organizer to a disorganizer of cells, If a disturbing impression goes unchecked or is compounded, I have discovered that the microczymas of the cells change into bacteria in the first stage, into Y/F in the second stage, into molds in the third stage, and then finally back to the sub-cellular, indestructible, living anatomical particles of dust. The level of this cellular disorganization gives rise to an array of symptomatologies, which current medical science calls disease, rather than the expression of disturbing impressions. Since the microzymas are the only living dust particles in organized matter capable of receiving an impression or imprint, they create in our systems either an environment of health, which provides for our well being, or upon receiving disturbing impressions, they initiate a disorganizing order of events causing symptomatologies or morbid fermentations in the body. D.; and (3) a culmination stage consisting of yeast and fungal phases, and then mold, the end phase. The usual course of development would be from microzyma to repair protein and then to bacterium, etc. However, under certain conditions, such as trauma for example, it is highly likely that the microzymas can skip the primitive stage and become bacteria directly. Although these transformations are as astounding as that of a larva to a butterfly, what is equally impressive under observation is the rapidity with which they can take place-in minutes, even seconds, sometimes. By the same token, when provoked by conditions and the cycle proceeds to yeast, fungus and then mold, it may occur so rapidly that the bacterial stage, if it happens, has no time to be of any significance.

Most bacteria have the same underlying function, whether found in soil, sewage, in the human digestive tract, or elsewhere in nature: they are an essential part of the life processes of higher organisms. As Bechamp said , "Nothing is the prey of death; all things are the prey of life."

A calf is strapped down to an operating table. A space on the abdomen of about 100 slashes are cut into the flesh. The seed virus, consisting of a culture of smallpox passed through a solution of glycerine, is rubbed into the wounds.
