Worldwide Universal Healing Tao Instructor Faculty

The Universal Healing Tao Faculty aims to provide for all Universal Healing Tao students and Instructor Faculty the best possible service in quality of accessing, integrating and sharing the practises within the Universal Healing Tao System (UHTS).

Every four years all instructors of the Universal Healing Tao meet within their continent to update, share and improve the system and ways of instructing others.

The requirements give you the information on how to achieve a Universal Tao Instructor Status and what is needed in order to be certified in a certain key subject within that status.

The status key requirement list is a summary of the factors such as instructor accomplishments within a certain UHT Branch, length of time in the practises and the support given to the Universal Healing Tao System.

The certification key requirement list indicates what exactly the instructor has been evaluated in and is certified to share publicly.

The Founder of the Universal Healing Tao System - Master Mantak Chia is presently the only one able to certify on all levels within the system.

STATUS REQUIREMENT

Opportunity for organizing instructor certification training
After fulfilling all the requirements there is the possibility of creating and developing, in close collaboration and Win-Win agreement style with Master Chia and his Instructor Faculty a “continental instructor certification training”. Two or more options will be discussed with the applicant at a UTN meeting at Tao Garden:

Requirements

A) Apply by Master Chia at the Universal Tao Master School at Tao Garden for this position
B) Evaluated and certified by Master Chia, 1 Senior Instructor Coach and 1 Senior Instructor
C) Presenting a Continental Universal Tao Evaluation Committee that is a unified and                 
committed team consisting of:
                        1  One UT Senior Instructor Coach or 1 Inner Alchemy Senior Instructor
                        2 Two Senior Instructors living in that continent
                        3 One certified Instructor living in that continent

D) Organized in collaboration with Master Chia and\or his designated Senior Instructor Coaches
     a “10 day Continental Instructor Certification Training”.
E) Participation in a yearly Continental Network Meeting 

Obligations

-  To accept the collaboration with Master Chia and his Senior Instructor Coaches
-  To respect and support the positive growth of the Universal Tao System
-  To keep in close contact with UT Headquarter in Thailand
-  To host and maintain a continental Universal Tao webpage for all Universal Tao
   events taking place on their continent and keeping a updated instructor list in coordination with Universal Tao Headquarter in Thailand
-  To give all e-mail addresses to Universal Tao Headquarter upon reques

Financial Agreement

Financial agreements will be a subject to be discussed at yearly UHTN meetings in Tao Garden.

Requirements for centre
The centre concept and its curriculum must include the following:

A) Is sharing 80% of the Universal Healing Tao system and naming it as such
B) Basics, Ironshirt, Tao Yin, Tan Tien Chi Kung, Tai Chi Chi Kung,
     Fusion I-III, Lesser Kan-Li must be offered and named as
     Being Universal Healing Tao Techniques

Obligations

-  To accept the collaboration with Master Chia and his Senior Instructor Coaches
-  To respect and support the positive growth of the Universal Healing Tao System
-  To keep in close contact with UT Headquarter in Thailand
-  Not being active anymore the business name has to be given free again

Opportunity
After fulfilling all the requirements there is the possibility to use the title “Universal Healing Tao Centre + country*and Universal Healing Tao Centre city name” as the business name and a marketing tool.

Financial Agreements
Financial agreements will be a subject to be discussed at yearly UHTN meetings in Tao Garden with the applicant.

The certification status of Associate Instructor AI is an intermediate step to become a fully certified instructor. The aim of a Associate Instructor certification is that within 2 years - after being certified as a Associate Instructor – to become a fully certified instructor. If after 2 years the AI was not able to become a fully certified instructor she/he is required to ask for a extension of the Associate Instructor certification status at the WUHTIF at Continental Network Center Asia, Thailand.

Associate Instructors are allowed to teach in Local Area and on a 1:1 Basis the Microcosmic Orbit, Inner Smile, 6 Healing Sounds, Simple Chi Kung and Iron Shirt Chi Kung I (Embracing the Tree and the Turtle).

The requirements A-B are needed in order to attend first a Associate Instructor Training with a Senior Instrucor, or Senior Instructor Coach and then to be certified as a Associate Instructor (AI):

A) 1 year of practice including 70 hours of instruction by Master Chia, Senior Instructor or Senior Instructor Coach and certified instructors

B) Evaluated by 1 Senior Instructor (SI), 1 certified instructor.

NOTE: Being a certified Associate Instructor you have the possibility to become a certified instructor by attending 3 weeks of instructor Training in Tao Garden or 2 weeks if you are participating in a group of Associate Instructors supervised by a Senior Instructor or Senior Instructor Coach.

For a Associate Instructor no further upgrading is possible before having completed the training and being certified as a fully certified Universal Healing Tao Instructor.

Inner Smile, 6 Healing Sounds, Chi Organ Massage, Microcosmic Orbit

For a certified Associate Instructor to become a fully certified instructor there are the following Options the Associate Instructor can choose from:

Option 1       3 weeks at Tao Garden

Option 2       a) 1-3 day preparation Training and Supervision over 6 Month from Senior Instructor and Senior Instructor Coach
                      b) 2 Weeks at Tao Garden

For UHT students there are the following options available
Prerequirements for C is A and B.

A)     Option 1: Two weeks (80 hours) of Retreats, General Retreat & Fusion I, II, III
                           Retreat with Master Chia or Senior Instructors

         or: 100 hours of Training with 2 Certified Instructors in Basic
                           Cosmic Orbit, Healing Love, Iron Shirt , Tai Chi & Fusion I, II, III

B)     Option 2: Practice for 1 year & 20 hours of training and review with a Certified Instructor

         Apply for becoming a certified Instructor to retreatreservation@tao-garden.com together with a copy
                          of your UHT passport or write your Tao education history.

After having fulfilled the Retreat and personal training requirements as above you have the following options:

C)    Option 1:  4 Weeks of Instructor Training in Universal Healing Tao Network Center ASIA                            
        (Instructor Training, General, Fusion, Tao Yin & Tai Chi Weeks)

        Option 2:  2 Weeks in one year and the second two weeks in the following year

        Option 3:  a) 2 weeks of Instructor Training with Master Chia at Continental (Europe,
                               North America etc) Network Retreat
                           b) Additional 2 weeks of training with either Master Chia, Senior Instructors
                               and/or under Supervision of Senior Instructor Coach at Continental
                               (Europe, North America etc) Network Retreat

D) Evaluated in Theory & Practice and approved by Master Chia
     or 1 Senior Instructor and 2 Certified Instructors

E) Renewal of Certification by obligatory attendance at Continental Universal
     Tao Network Instructor Retreat in your continent.
     NOTE: If the the retreat is taking place within the same year you are certified you will
     still need to attend that retreat in order to keep your teacher status active.

Requirements 1 – Becoming a Senior Instructor

     Apply in written form for this position at Continental Network Asia to the attention
     Universal Tao Center .

     F) Interviewed by Master Chia, 1 Senior Instructor Coach and/or 2 Senior Instructors

          - To take a 2 to 3 days training with Universal Healing Tao Senior Coach for collaboration,
             coaching, training and sharing in how to do and give Associate
             Instructor Educations and to be inform about UHT oganizational structure.

          - Full Certification is given only after 2 Weeks assistance in a Continental Network Center Retreats
            (free of charge stay) taking place during a 4 weeks Instructor training in that continent.

          - The name for the certification is “Universal Healing Tao Associate Instructor”

          - To send to Tao Garden the following forms upon certification of a student (see download website)
                              1 Associate Instructor Certification Form
                              2 Signed Instructor Agreement (including statement of ethics)
                              3 Evaluation Form

          - To pay to Universal Tao 20 Dollars / 15 Euros per student for issuing the certificate

          - The certificate has to be signed by Master Chia and Senior Instructor

Note: Further upgrading of Associate Instructors is not possible till they have been following
           the requirements of becoming a fully certified instructor with Master Chia at Tao
           Garden or have participated in a continental Instructor training center approved by
           Master Chia and have become thereby evaluated and certified as instructors with
           minimum certification key BA by Continental Network Asia / Universal Tao Centre.

          - potential and certified Associate Instructors, Instructor trainees as well as newly certified
            Universal Tao Instructors in their personal growth process during trainings at Tao Master
            School in Tao Garden as well as in their living country.
          - To support upgrading of Instructors in their country
          - To support and coach newly certified Senior Instructors in their position and
             facilitate their opportunity to give Associate Instructor Trainings
          - To educate other instructors “how to teach” the formulas within the Universal Tao System
          - How to keep a respectful connection with Master Chia, Tao Garden and WUTIF
          - Helping in the coordination, development and organisation of continental network and
            continental instructor retreats taking place every four years in various countries around the Globe.

Newly trained and certified instructors are on a new beginning after the four week training and the
journey of being an instructor is just starting. On this journey within the Universal Tao Familly we like
to share and give the new instructors all support they need. A Universal Tao Senior Coach can be of
great support in many areas during the instructors training at Tao Garden such as:

- Sharing the important principles of the Universal Tao System by being a model
- Of the principles and ethics within the system
- Guiding the instructors further evolution within the System
- How to work and develop a Universal Tao Business
- Sharing meta skills (how to teach the skills successfully to others)
- Supporting his special talents and interest within the Universal Tao System

This certification states the capacity to be able to serve and mentor

- potential and certified Instructors in the realm of the inner alchemy and immortal Tao
  and how to teach the material on those levels to students in the best way.

- giving guidance towards certification on those higher levels

- supporting Universal Tao Centre in their growth process

- How to keep a respectful connection with Master Chia, Tao Garden and WUTIF

- Helping in the coordination, development and organisation of continental network and
  continental instructor retreats taking place every four years in various countries around
  the Globe.

- Keeping a active research exchange with Master Chia and other Mentors

This position is the highest given within the Universal Healing Tao System – it is not an end in itself
but
Is seen as a acknowledgment of having mastered the major practises within the Universal Healing
Tao System and serving the Universal Healing Tao and its growth in many ways.

Its obligation contains none else than to be in service to the Tao through the Universal Healing Tao
System.

Further it contains to serve the continuous improvement of the system and refine its teaching
materials in such a way to benefit the whole teacher faculty and all students.

     D. Offering CNT I,II & III training on a regular base

Prerequisits          Pracitioner Status CNT1

A) 2 Karsei Nei Tsang Retreat weeks (80h) plus (10) clinical hours

B) 100 Case Studies 20 Students/5 Sessions each or 120 Sessions with no
     more than 40 Students

C) Evaluated in Theory & Practice and approved by KNT Committee
     with 1 KNT Senior Teacher

D) Renewal of Certification by obligatory attendance at Continental Universal
     Tao Network Instructor Retreat in your continent.
     NOTE: If the retreat is taking place within the same year you are certified you will
                   Still need to attend that retreat in order to keep your teacher status active.

NOTE: The prerequisite for KNT teacher is CNT Teacher .
