Jutta Kellenberger, Universal Healing Tao Senior Instructor
Through the ancient Taoist practices you learn
to heal body, mind and spirit. Sexual energy plays a major part
in this healing process because if you do not use it in a proper
way it can create frustration and health problems. Through the Inner
Smile meditation you learn to love yourself. When you nurture the
virtues qualities of love, gratefulness and thankfulness within
yourself you can extend it out to others. The female practice helps
to heal you by combining love and sexual energy. See short video

Female
Retreat on How to Develop inner Beauty and outer Radiance
March 10 - 16, 2013
The time tested Taoist female practices and meditations
regulate the hormone production in the body, eliminating
premenstrual symptoms such as feeling bloated, swelling
of the breasts, mood swings etc. The practices also help
women to release and transform deep seated negative feelings.
It will also regulate the bleeding during menstruation
and many women have reported that they got their menstruation
back when practicing regularly after many months of not
menstruating.
When all emotions are balanced within our major organs, love is nurtured in the heart. Transforming negative emotions into positive emotions, as well as practicing Ovarian Chi Kung and Iron Shirt Chi Kung creates the Chi for self healing. It is a power from deep within that enables us to let go and to forgive. When we are in our center, we feel balanced and develop inner Beauty and outer Radiance.
The Female Healing practice is the basis of the Universal Healing Tao system. The stronger the basis the better we are prepared for our spiritual development.
These ancient practices are very beneficial for all women, it is never late to begin a life transforming experience.
The practices taught in this week are the following:
Ovarian Breathing, Breast
Massage and Orgasmic Upward Draw.
The treasure of the female sexual practices are healing and nourishing
our body and mind. The uterus is the sexual center for a woman as
such. Its potential is reaching much further than growing babies
in it. If we want to unfold its power we have to connect with it
and clean and heal it on all levels. click video Ovarian Uterus
Breathing
Redirecting and circulating our generative force
to higher centers of the body invigorates and rejuvenates all the
vital functions and activates the higher forces. It is necessary
for our spiritual development in the higher practices of the Taoist
internal alchemy.
Egg Exercise: The
use of a stone egg to strengthen the vagina is a practice which
evolved in ancient China. Many who mastered the technique experienced
very good health, remaining young and bountiful with sexual organs
in old age as tight and resilient as those of a young, unmarried
lady. The Egg Exercise and Vaginal Weight Lifting were implemented
for improving more power to the Chi Muscle to lift the sexual energy
inward and upward where it will be transformed into higher spiritual
energy. click video Jade Egg Exercise
In the Cosmic Inner Smile meditation you learn to feel the sensation of a smile on your face
and then moving that sensation throughout your body - "smiling"
to all your internal organs, your spine and brain. The simple act
of focusing on a smile this way calms the autonomic nervous system,
revitalizing the internal organs by increasing the flow of blood
and "chi" (life force energy).
The Cosmic 6 Healing Sounds are a basic relaxation and self-healing technique. These special
sounds vibrate specific organs. The arm movements, combined with
posture, guide heat and pressure out of the body and produce a cooling,
balancing effect on the internal organs and the emotional energy
that is stored there.
Opening the Microcosmic Orbit inside you is one of the corner stones of your Universal Tao practice.
It enables you to circulate the Chi (life force) through your body
and to expand outward to connect with the forces of Nature, the
Universe and mother earth. You will learn to activate the three
internal fires and open the three Tan Tiens.
Iron Shirt Chi Kung I: The strength and vitality of your internal organs are the real keys
to the overall health of your body. Through certain standing postures,
muscle locks and breathing techniques we learn to direct internal
power to the organs, the twelve tendon channels and the connective
tissues. By directing more energy into your internal organs you
can perfect your body, increase performance, fight disease, and
lay the groundwork for higher spiritual work.
Fusion I, TanTien Chi Kung & Tao Yin
March 17 - 23, 2013
In the first level of the Fusion we learn to detect negativ emotions in our major organs and transform it into positive life force energy. Forming of the Pakua supports the cleaning and clenching of life force energy into a perl. The perl, the essence of our virtuous emotions, plays a crucial role in opening our psychic channels as well as in the development of our energy- and soulbody. The mind becomes calm and relaxed while maintaining a high energy level. When Chi is stored in the Tan Tien one develops rooting and internal power. Tao Yin contains a wide variety of movements & breathing techniques from ancient systems of spiritual development. It comes from the heritage of the Immortal Tao.

Chi Nei Tsang I,
organ detox massage training (Certification)
May 26 - 1 June, 2013
Chi Nei Tsang I is a Chinese term for an internal organ
Chi massage which helps release stress and promotes healing
by using techniques of massage directly over the navel
and surrounding abdominal area where stress, tension and
negative emotions accumulate and congest. In the West
it was known as the second brain and the Taoist regard
as the Tan Tien. If this area is knotted up, the whole
energy of the body is blocked. When this occurs, all the
vital energy functions strain slowly weakening the internal
organs and decreasing energy. Chi Nei Tsang massage quickly
releases negative emotions, tensions and sicknesses, bringing
comfort and relief to the abdomen and vital energy to
the internal organs. Chi Nei Tsang is also effective in
the treatment of digestive problems, such as irritable
bowel syndrome and bloating and constipation. It eliminates
toxins in the gastrointestinal tract and promotes lymphatic
drainage.
Chi Nei Tsang II, chasing the winds
June 2 - 8, 2013
Chi Nei Tsang II is one of the most profound therapeutic
massage forms found in classical Chinese and Thai Medicine.
Chi Nei Tsang practitioners assist those they work with
in maintaining their health through tissue and organ massage
and wind release techniques. Negative and sick energy
affect the physical body. The greater part of all disciplines
of Chinese and Thai Medicine involves treatment for neutralizing
the destructive power of these sick and destructive energies.
If properly addressed, the destructive impact of these
immaterial and invisible wind forces can be avoided and
considerable harm prevented.
Another important part of the procedure is to teach students
to sense and release the winds by themselves through healing
exercises, meditations and self-massage techniques.
