WEEK 3: Sunday, July 27, 2014 - Saturday, August 02, 2014
Fusion I, Tan Tien Chi Kung and Tai Chi Chi Kung I

The Fusion practice focuses on balancing negative and positive emotional energy and channeling the earth and universal forces using the eight forces of the Pakua. Negative energy is transformed and made to blend with positive energy which is then fused into a pearl of pure life-force energy. This pearl is circulated in the Microcosmic Orbit and is used to open channels. Tan Tien Chi Kung enhances your ability to feel, develop, and store Chi. The mind becomes calm and relaxed while maintaining a high energy level. When Chi is stored in the Tan Tien you develop rooting and internal power. The Tai Chi Chi Kung I short form consists of the basic movements of Yang style Tai Chi.

Certification Training:
- To become Associate Instructor you are required to take these two weeks: Week 1 & Week 2
- Upgrade to Instructor you are required to take Week 2 & Week 3

WEEK 4: Sunday, August 03, 2014 - Saturday, August 09, 2014 Cosmic Healing I (Cosmic Chi Kung)
Cosmic Healing I is a practice of channeling pure Cosmic Chi for healing. Master Chia will teach how to channel energy for healing the body and through working with a partner, how to heal ourselves and others. The healing energy experience gives the students a feeling of energy buoyancy, recharging them with pure Cosmic Chi. Learn how to project Chi through the space in the cosmos, the space between your hands and to project Chi through the space to your students. This practice will teach you how to ground the sick energy to the earth & to disperse it into the Universe to be decomposed and recycled by the planets.

WEEK 5: Sunday, August 10, 2014 - Saturday, August 16, 2014 Chi Nei Tsang I: Internal Organ Massage (Certification)
Taoist sages observed that humans often develop energy blockages in and around their internal organs that result in knots and tangles in the abdomen. These can constrict the flow of chi, eventually resulting in physical ailments. By using Chi Nei Tsang I's 40 techniques of navel and deep organ energy massage you learn to release and clear blockages, toxins, excessive heat and negative emotions. Participants may qualify to enter a program leading to certification through submission of practice case studies.

WEEK 6: Sunday, August 17, 2014 - Saturday, August 23, 2014 Chi Nei Tsang II & Golden Elixir Chi Kung (Certification)
Chi Nei Tsang II uses the Elbow Technique, working primarily with the trapped winds of the body. These can become sick or evil winds which can lead to heart attack if not released. The student will learn about the Ten Winds, how to chase and discharge them from the body and how to inject good Chi back into the vital organs and glands. Elixir Chi Kung consists of 11 postures; nine of these involve gathering forces through the saliva.

Master Li Hechun Tai Chi Retreat 2015 at Tao Garden
WEEK 1: December 7 - 13, 2015 Tai Chi Cultivation in 24 movements
The 24 form is known as the «international» style of Tai chi, developed for the purpose of competition. It includes the basics of Tai chi and is very good for beginners as well as advanced practitioners. With this rather simple form, the understanding of the inner workings of Tai chi can easily be developed. Master Li emphasizes the internal practice in terms of the «feeling» being generated by this Tai chi style. The «feeling» can be referred back to the interconnectedness of body, mind and the specific motion of chi associated with this Tai chi form.

WEEK 2: December 14 - 20, 2015 Tai Chi cultivation in 48 movements
A different Tai chi form which combines four styles; Chen, Yang, Wu and Sun. With this form the «best» of the above styles comes together in a sense that it furthers the internal practice and the understanding of the essence of Tai chi. This form is beautiful and rather simple, and it is good for beginners as well as for advanced students who wish to develop the Tai chi "feeling" more

WEEK 3: December 21 - 27, 2015 Wudang Style Tai Chi

This form originated at the Taoist temples, hence it is not a popular style, rather, it is regarded as a sacred practice. Wudang Tai chi is also  a healing form which involves a cultivation of the Tao. The Tai chi "feeling" generated is different; with this form, specific chi- or, energy-channels of the  "body-mind" are being charged that are different from those meridians that are normally activated by other Tai chi styles

Morning Chi Practices
Master Li will be teaching chi cultivation which serves as a proper warm-up for the Tai chi. These practices will further ground the body, massage and open the joints, relax the muscles, draw the earth chi to cleanse the body-mind and, draw the heavenly chi to charge the body-mind
