Retreat Payment and Refunds Policy
Refund Policy: Students who withdraw 7 days before the retreat begins will receive a full refund less a Bht 1,600 registration fee. Once a retreat has begun no refund will be given.
No refund on Darkness Retreats unless students replace themselves.
Payment:
Deposit
- To finalize registration, a Thb 10,000 deposit per retreat week is required.
- Retreat deposits MUST be paid by bank transfer (see instructions below). Credit Card payments accepted: please contact us to receive an Order Form by mail.
- Payment in full by bank transfer is also acceptable.
- Please send by mail or fax a copy of your bank receipt, so we can credit your account.
Balance Due
- Payment in full of any balance outstanding is due on arrival at the Tao Garden.
- Travellers Cheques, cash in all major currencies and money orders drawn on a Thailand Bank are welcome without an additional charge. You can also pay with Visa and Master-card.
Reservations and Modifications
- You may reserve your retreat weeks and accommodation choice On-Line and submit deposit or payment in full by Bank Transfer (see instructions below).
- You may modify your registration using the On-Line service at any time.
