FORM 1: YIN AND YANG FORM: distinguishing Yin and Yang energy by relaxing and breathing with yin & yang energy opening & closing of joints. introducing, smiling to & absorbing the Three Forces.(IS-I)
FORM 2: ROOTEDNESS FORM: working with Mother Earth Force through bones & tendons of the feet & the leg feeling the chi transform up the feet to the hip. Train the mind/eyes/heart to guide energy.(IS-I)
FORM 3: SPINAL CORD CHI TRANSFER FORM: working to transfer chi force through spinal cord by learning to open energy center of sacrum & spine forming a strong connection with Earth discharging large amounts of energy because of the use & alignment of skeletal structure.(IS-II)
FORM 4: CHANGING TENDON ACTIVATION FORM: teaches how the "I," combination of Mind- Eye-Heart, moves the energy to move the body.(IS-II)
