Question

I am extremely afraid of dying. I wish to become enlightened and I especially do not wish to die before I attain this. I am scared of dying before I become enlighten. Is there anything I can do to ensure I do not die? Not just from disease but from anything. Are there any crystals, talismans, special meditations, anything I can do to make sure I don't die somehow? I am especially afraid now due to the recent attacks. I fear there will be a war and I fear many may die. What happens after death? What can I do now to help me after death? Is this the beginning of the end of the world?

Answer
1. First you must get rid of the fear within yourself. Your own fear will kill you before something else kills you.

2. Just do simple meditation on your navel and collect the energy there. They more you store Chi there the faster you will see the light.

3. One you have more Chi in the navel, focus on the navel and the mid-eyebrow and look for the infinity and look for the light and focus the light getting closer with the inside light. These lights will merge together and you will gradually enlighten.

I am really grateful about you and what you are for in the world. I want ask you some questions. I am an young Italian man 27 years old and now I live in Thailand because I have a Thai wife. Always in my life I practice some martial arts, and now I study Bujinkan (the way of the ninja). Some years ago I trained with two Shaolin monks and I was very impressed about their style for use the Chi. I want to ask you that kind of training I can get in your Tao Garden and what can change in my life martial arts, If I buy the video tape can I get the same thing that I need? Sorry that my English is not really perfect but I am sure you already understand what I mean. Can you explain the difference about the Shaolin Chi-Kung? Thank you very much and I wait for your answer and I dream to see Tao Garden and meet you (Mantak Chia).

Question
Last school year my teacher asked me, who am I? I said I was Jordan Siegel, but she did not ask me for my name, she asked who am I. Then I started describing my personality and physical characteristics, and she again nodded and said I am asking you who am I? What is your reply to the question, who am I (Who are you)?
Answer
You have to sit down and meditate deep down into your own void, the empty space inside you more and go deeper in the closer. You are getting into your own original, that is your own genes and DNA., and you will go back to your own history and original ancestors; in this way you will get to know who you are.
