Question
Are the Taoist (Daoist) teachings and methods of practice similar to the teachings of Jesus and the practices that he did? Would you ever consider writing something on that subject? Master Chia: I am a practitioner of Yan Xin Qigong, and I highly value your plain and practical teachings on Daoist methods. As I progress in the practice of Qigong, I experience very powerful "energy states" that seem to pull me towards prayer-and the only kind of prayer I know is Christian prayer. Strangely enough, Qigong is re-awakening my feeling of love and faith and devotion to Jesus. It seems to me that Jesus could be viewed as an "immortal" or "Buddha" with the highest Qigong powers of all. Wouldn't it be strange to find that when Jesus said, "I am the way and the Truth," He meant: "I am the Tao and the Dharma?" |
Answer
The word Tao means way. Yes, Jesus is immortal in the higher spiritual level, but not in the physical form; he has not yet re-materialized. The Tao teaching goes perfectly together with the teachings of Christ. I was born in a Christian family and grew up in a Christian church. I read the bible thoroughly from front to back many times. The practice of the Tao goes well together with Christianity. We are writing a book on the Inner Teaching of Jesus; it is not yet finished. However, I have collaborated with Tao Huang of the Dragon Gate School lineage from China on a book to be published this April: DOOR TO ALL WONDERS, Spiritual Applications of the Tao Te Ching. Rather than drawing on academic or linguistic interpretations, a fresh explication of the Chinese characters of the original text written by LaoTzu (Lao Zi) is presented. The explanations are based on experience of original primordial vibrations of spiritual oneness, the Wu Chi, gained in meditation of advanced Taoist practitioners. The book explains the inner significance of spiritual training. It describes in-depth practical ramifications, biophysical processes and energetic mechanisms of applied virtuous character building. DOOR TO ALL WONDERS focuses on Taoist teaching and practices handed down from Taoist immortals. The practical insights and information are useful for understanding the inner nature of universal virtuous principles enjoined by most all of the world's major religions and spiritual disciplines. |

Question
I have many years of experience as a student and now a teacher. Our Chinese Master has passed on and we turn to you for guidance. I teach similar subjects: Muscle/Tendon Changing and Marrow/Brain Washing chi Kung and Shan Dung (Golden Mountain)
If you could help my teaching with your deep and widespread experiences, I and my students would be very glad. |
Answer
The first Inner Alchemy is in the book "Transform Stress Into Vitality". Use the Inner Smile to smile the stress into vitality and smile the negative into positive energy.
The second Alchemy change is in the Microcosmic Orbit, the book "Awaken Healing Light". Recycle the energy in the body and transform the energies to re-useable energies.
The third Alchemy changes are the Healing Love Practice to change the sexual energy back to live force, to revitalize the brain and the body, and change to spiritual energy. To multiply more energy, the Alchemy change is in the Fusion of 5 Elements to fuse our energy with the nature and the universal energy.
The 5 Alchemy is in the Kan & Li, the water and the fire process. The change of the body solid to liquid and change to gas which will flow up and condense back to good energy. |

If the heart is weak, do more in the six healing sounds. Do more of the heart sound.
Do Iron Shirt Chi Kung, the energizing breathing. |

Answer
When the chi accumulate a lot in the lower Tan Tien, you can start to do the perineum and anus contraction to help draw more energy up the spine to help open the blockage. Please look at our web site: http://www.universal-tao.com and contact an instructor in your area. |
