Question
How to bring your mind down to the navel? |
Answer
Sit erect with your eyes closed. Place both hands on your navel. Smile to your Tan Tien, your center, under your hands.
Feel your in breath expand the abdomen and your out breath contract the abdomen. Keep smiling and keep breathing as you feel the navel center warming.
As the thoughts come up, smile at them and say to yourself, "I am smiling as I breathe in and feel my belly grow big. I am smiling as I breath out and feel my belly shrink".

Question
After Fusion meditation you say to keep the big bubble for protection. How long does the bubble last? And when we start another meditation what do we do with the last bubble? |
Answer
The "big bubble"or chi field becomes more long-lasting the more one practices. when you start another meditation you simply reinforce/make more strong the original chi field.
With time and your practice, the Chi field will be present for you with just focusing your awareness. |
