Universal Tao Newsletter December 2008
The baseline of a harmonious life has rhythmical curves. When a line rises sharply, the following part naturally falls sharply. Similarly when a line sinks the following rises sharply.
There is a principal that says: When yang reaches its highest, yin grows; and when yin is at its fullest yang starts on its way. All cycles follow this principle without exception.
Another important proverb says that our life is in our hands. We, each of us, are the creators of the world we live in simply because we have all the aspects of emotions within us. A human being can live god like or devil like, it simply depends on which aspect of emotions we live.
In the Universal Healing Tao system we learn to transform negative feelings into positive emotions. This transformation takes place in our physical body, on a cellular level, in our vital organs. When we tune into the positive vibration of love, trust, courage, calmness and kindness what happens to our environment? We influence the people we meet in a positive way and live in harmony with our environment. This is the way of the Tao and the baseline of our life will have more rhythmical curves than sharp rise and falls.
Life always starts from inside out. We all, every one of us has the power to transform a negative thought into a positive one. This is the trues for any spiritual cultivation because the Universe is unconditional love and when we want to go back to the source this is the practice. When we came into this world we were pure and when we want to go back to the source during our life time we have to become like a baby again.
If you want to know more about the magical transformation the Taoist practices can do for your life situation or your health, join Grandmaster Chia's Winter Retreat 2009 at Tao Garden.

Remember, when yin is at its fullest yang starts on its way. It depends on each of us how deep we want our all lives to sink into the negative before we understand that we have to start to transform our own emotions first.
