The Inner Smile is a powerful internal healing and relaxation meditation. Deep relaxation dissolves physical and mental tensions that can cause energy blockages and unhealthy Chi. The Inner Smile enhances the energy of the organs and glands, our life force in general, and stills and focuses the heart/mind (hsien). It makes us more aware of our body and inner being, because we learn to communicate with our organs, glands, spine and other specific parts of our body, as well as our soul. Taoists discovered that consciousness is rooted not only in the brain alone, but also in the vital organs and in the more subtle sense in each of the cells. By smiling into the organs and thanking them for the work they do, eventually we will reawaken the intelligence of the body. We are often so out of touch with our bodies and emotions that we do not notice inner disharmony developing until it finally manifests itself as a serious illness. Practicing the Inner Smile daily provides a regular scheduled time to look inside, to keep in touch with the state of our inner organs, our Chi, our breath and emotions. We can then spot problems at their inception, making it easier to 'nip them in the bud'.
Low self-esteem is becoming endemic. With the Inner Smile, we start of develop a healthy, loving relationship with ourselves and with others. We start to recognize our own positive qualities. With regular practice, we get to know ourselves as we really are; we will discover our virtues. This will help us form a more authentic and healthier self-image, one that can stay in close contact with reality. (Master Mantak Chia, Cosmic Inner Smile booklet)
The Inner Smile practice is taught in the Basic Retreat, Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage, Cosmic Healing and the Female Healing Retreat .

Develop inner Beauty and outer Radiance
From May 21st– 27th 2006, a weekly retreat for women is announced " The Treasure of the Female Sexual Practice ", on how to Develop Inner Beauty and outer Radiance held by Jutta Kellenberger, Senior and Resident Instructor at Tao Garden. Through the ancient Taoist practices we learn to heal body, mind and spirit. Sexual energy plays a major part in this healing process because if we do not use it in a proper way it can create frustration and health problems. The female practice helps to heal ourselves by combining love and sexual energy. For our spiritual transformation we need to be aware of our sexual essence as we can only transform what we can feel. To practice these formulas with a teacher in a supportive 'group cauldron' will help in our own development.

NLP helps us to identify and model the successful strategies, letting go of unsuccessful ones, so that we can consistently achieve the result we want and live the life we desire. It is about how our brain works, and how we can work together with the brain to create our own experience and be At The Cause Point of Our Own Creation.
