1. Chi Nei Tsang I (C1)

Chi Nei Tsang (CNT), or Organ Chi Transformation Massage, is an entire system of Chinese deep healing that works with the energy flow of the five major systems in the body: the cardiovascular system, the lymphatic system, the nervous system, the tendon/muscle system, and the acupuncture meridian system.
In the Chi Nei Tsang I practice, one is able to increase energy flow to specific organs through massaging a series of points in the navel area. In Taoist practice, it is believed that all the Chi energy of the organs, glands, brain, and nervous system are joined in the navel; therefore, energy blockages in the navel area often manifest as symptoms in other parts of the body.
